Our platform is designed to assist individuals in purchasing property confidently by offering proper guidance and eliminating the risk of property scams. We ensure that only trusted partners, who are well-trained in dealing with title-clear documents, list properties on our platform. In addition, we focus on agents and frontline salespersons by providing them with comprehensive training programs and SOPs to streamline operations. Our ultimate goal is to offer a transparent, reliable, and hassle-free property-buying journey for clients with a customer-centric approach. As a Franchise Sales Manager based in Nagpur, you will be responsible for developing franchise sales strategies, generating leads, and overseeing franchising operations. Your key role will involve working closely with potential franchisees, providing them with guidance and support throughout the franchising process. Daily tasks will include prospecting new leads, conducting business planning meetings, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Effective communication with franchisees and internal teams is crucial to achieving sales targets. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising, skills in Business Planning and Lead Generation, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively on-site in Nagpur. Prior experience in real estate or related industries would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Real estate Sales or Franchise selling.,
