Overview: Looking to lead and shape Global Finance initiatives? As a Manager, you will spearhead high-impact projects, guide and develop diverse teams, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and leadership alike. In this role, you will drive strategic priorities, foster continuous improvement, and deliver measurable results that make a lasting impact across regions and member firms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A, accounting or operations experience within multinational / global organizations.

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline (MBA, CMA, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.

• Deep expertise in financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance & trend analysis, and advanced financial-modelling techniques.

• Proven expertise with enterprise finance systems and BI / visual-analytics tools—ideally SAP ECC/BW, Anaplan, Analysis for Office, Tableau and Power BI—and the ability to master new technologies quickly.

• Demonstrated project-management capability including the ability to scope, plan, and deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget.

• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to break down complex data into clear, influential narratives for executive audiences.

• Demonstrated leadership excellence, including vision-building, role modeling, mentoring talent, and leading cross-functional teams through change.

• Expertise in integrating technology and digital platforms to streamline operations, maximize value, and support strategic business initiatives.

• Demonstrated commitment to talent development, succession planning, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.

• Track record of influencing executive decisions and positioning finance as a strategic business partner.
