FP&A Manager

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager reporting directly to the Head of FP&A - SSC India, your role involves producing business analytics, Hyperion governance, and overseeing Operating Expenses for key business leaders. Your ability to learn quickly and manage flexible priorities will be crucial for success. - Develop and maintain financial models to support Opex and revenue forecasting. - Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities. - Prepare and present financial reports to senior management with insights and recommendations. - Track and analyze Opex to ensure alignment with budgetary goals. - Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies for operational efficiency. - Analyze revenue streams and develop strategies for maximizing profitability. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align financial goals with business objectives. - Utilize ERP systems to streamline financial processes and improve data accuracy. - Implement financial tools to enhance reporting and analysis capabilities. - Work closely with various departments to gather financial data and provide decision-making support. - Foster a culture of financial accountability and transparency across the organization. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred. - Minimum of 8-10 years of strong experience in FP&A, focusing on Opex and revenue management. - Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,
