FP&A Manager

Job Description: The role aims to assist in managing processes and analysis to enhance profitability, optimize cashflows, and minimize risks by ensuring accuracy in all forecasts and budgets. You will be responsible for providing regular and systematic financial reporting to the business that is timely, insightful, and forward-looking, in alignment with the business objectives. Key responsibilities: - Assist in preparing internal monthly Actuals reporting, annual Budgeting, and quarterly Forecasting in a timely and accurate manner (P&L and Balance Sheet), maintaining a balance between speed, efficiency, and quality. - Provide top-notch financial information and analysis to the Head of / Director of FP&A and CFO. - Conduct timely, sound, and clear financial analysis of current results and offer insights on their impact on future performance. - Coordinate the Budgeting and Forecasting process by collaborating with Finance teams and other stakeholders to ensure timely planning that reflects a balanced view of the business outlook. - Regularly deliver ad-hoc analysis to the Global CFO to support ongoing enhancement of the business's profitability, Working Capital, and Cash Conversion analysis. - Assist in creating new reporting formats and analytical tools with the Group consolidation system team to drive improved financial insight and performance. - Produce high-quality reporting and analysis for discussions with Senior management, identifying Operating Profit risks to be mitigated and opportunities to be pursued.
