FP&A Manager

As a FP&A Reporting Manager, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financials and sales/operational data for various business lines across different global sites. Your responsibilities will include providing detailed variance analysis, designing new models & reports, and presenting strategic scenarios to the management team for consideration. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the delivery & maintenance of monthly VFX Management Information Pack - Manage FP&A month end timetable - Map SAP transactions for management reporting - Conduct variance analysis against budget and last forecast for all divisions - Prepare full P&L bridges and KPI Dashboards - Analyze Show vs Budget and Show Margin reports - Present key highlights monthly to Head of FP&A and CAO - Manage VFX Budget & Forecast processes - Define annual FP&A timetable - Own Consolidated VFX P&L Forecast - Identify risks and opportunities for target achievement - Ensure timely inputs from wider FP&A team - Conduct margin analysis and headcount tracking - Calculate average salary and track against budget - Analyze cost analytics, spend ROI, and maintain rate cards - Identify process and automation improvements - Perform ad hoc analysis **Qualifications Required:** - Qualified MBA/CIMA / ACA / ACCA or equivalent with 6+ years PQE experience - Experience in managing FP&A processes and timetable - Proficiency in Budgeting & Forecasting - Ability to design business models and dashboards - Experience working in a Multinational organization with multiple business lines - Advanced Excel and modeling skills - Impeccable diligence and accuracy - Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills **Nice to have:** - Experience with SAP, Workday, Anaplan, or BI software In addition to the above qualifications, you are expected to be bright, meticulous, organized, pro-active, and initiative-taking.
