FP&A Manager

As the FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in the group-level financial planning and analysis, leading the development of robust financial models, managing budgeting and forecasting cycles, and providing actionable insights to guide sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: - Support the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting across global markets, ensuring alignment with company strategy - Assist in the production of insightful board packs - Own the financial models to support reporting, scenario planning, and strategic initiatives - Drive improvements to FP&A processes utilizing new systems and tools, such as AI - Act as a bridge between FP&A, Financial Reporting, and wider business functions - Support investor and credit fund reporting, due diligence, and board-level analysis as the business continues its growth journey Qualifications Required: - 5+ Years PQE (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) - Experience using large datasets, strong excel modeling, and data-driven skills - Expert-level financial modeler with the ability to build robust, scalable, and complex models, including experience working with SQL - Data-savvy with high analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets; experience with BI tools (like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI) is a major plus - Previous experience in a PE-backed business, particularly within the industrial sector, is ideal but not essential - Experience and understanding of accounting systems Additional Company Details (if applicable): GAIN is a forward-thinking company where rebel thinking, smart technology, and data-driven creativity shape the future.
