FP&A Manager

As an experienced FP&A Manager in India, you will play a crucial role in leading the India-based FP&A team to drive financial excellence, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of FP&A Analysts. - Oversee reporting schedules and ensure deliverables are met on time. - Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes. - Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including Board and executive presentations. - Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports for leadership and department heads. - Track and analyze expenses for ongoing projects. - Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives across Revantage, Blackstone, and portfolio companies. - Oversee time-tracking processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance during month-end close. - Manage the Anaplan support inbox and assist users with time-tracking queries. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A or Financial Reporting. - At least 3 years of people management experience. - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. - Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-driven.
