Job Responsibilities

strategic right-hand to the Founder/CEO

• Strategic Planning & Projects:

  Own the end-to-end execution of high-priority, cross-functional projects, which may include launching new service lines, exploring strategic partnerships, or defining quarterly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).

• Operational Excellence:

  Diagnose organizational bottlenecks and implement scalable processes and systems to improve efficiency across teams (e.g., Sales, Client Success, AI Product Development).

• Data Analysis & Decision Support:

  Conduct deep research and synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and memos for the Founder/CEO to support key business decisions.

• Internal & External Communications:

  Serve as a communication bridge, ensuring clear and timely information flow between the Founder, leadership, and external stakeholders (partners, potential investors).

What we are looking for:

• Experience:

  3+ years of experience

  in a high-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or a similar Chief of Staff/Founder's Office role.

• Exceptional Communication:

  World-class written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly to both internal technical teams and external non-technical clients/partners.

• Analytical Acumen:

  Proven ability to structure and solve complex, undefined problems using data and logic. Proficiency in advanced Excel/Sheets, data visualization, and financial modeling is highly valued.

• High Agency & Ownership:

  A

  with a proactive, "get-it-done" mentality. You see problems as challenges to own and solve, not tasks to delegate upwards.

• Digital Marketing/AI Interest:

  A strong passion for the Digital Marketing and AI space, with a desire to learn the commercial applications of cutting-edge technology.
