Company Description Plutus TechSol Role Description This role is ideal for paid interns or fresh graduates who are passionate about entrepreneurship, sales, and operations, and want hands-on exposure to setting up and scaling a franchise business. You will play a key role in business setup, market development, and daily operations , gaining real-world experience beyond a typical desk job. Key Resposibilities Support the Founder in setting up franchise operations across Bangalore Assist in sales planning, channel development, and customer acquisition Coordinate with distributors, vendors, and logistics partners Support financial tracking, billing, collections, and basic MIS reporting Assist in marketing initiatives and on-ground promotional activities Participate in market research and competitor analysis Qualifications Engineering graduate with MBA (Finance / Marketing preferred) Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience Strong interest in sales, operations, and business building High energy, self-driven, and execution-focused Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn on the job Comfortable with on-ground, hands-on work in a startup environment What you will Gain Direct exposure to founder-led decision making End-to-end understanding of franchise setup and operations Strong foundation in sales, operations, and business management Opportunity for long-term growth based on performance Real startup experience—not theoretical work Location Bangalore Role Type Full-time / Paid Internship
