Role Description

Key Resposibilities

• Support the Founder in setting up franchise operations across Bangalore
• Assist in sales planning, channel development, and customer acquisition
• Coordinate with distributors, vendors, and logistics partners
• Support financial tracking, billing, collections, and basic MIS reporting
• Assist in marketing initiatives and on-ground promotional activities
• Participate in market research and competitor analysis

Qualifications

Engineering graduate with MBA (Finance / Marketing preferred)

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

sales, operations, and business building

High energy, self-driven, and execution-focused

Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn on the job

Comfortable with on-ground, hands-on work in a startup environment
