We are looking for a highly strategic and analytical
Founder's Office
to work closely with senior leadership. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience, a strong background in data-driven decision-making and act as a thought partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations. This role requires exceptional problem-solving abilities, stakeholder management, and execution skills to drive key business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Data & Insights-Driven Decision Making:
- Leverage analytics to evaluate business performance and recommend growth strategies.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and models to track progress on key initiatives.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and best practices.
Program & Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
- Establish project governance frameworks, track milestones, and drive accountability.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize execution.
Executive Support & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a thought partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive briefs for leadership discussions.
- Manage leadership priorities, ensuring alignment across teams and functions.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Partner with senior leadership to define and drive corporate strategy, OKRs, and key business initiatives.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to support decision-making, business planning, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor key business metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years in Corporate Strategy, Business Consulting, or Program Management roles.
- Education: MBA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management.
