We treat virality like science and deploy it at scale to shape what millions see. Clients include Flo, Polymarket, Lululemon. Your Role: Be the founder’s bandwidth multiplier. Own high leverage projects and the unglamorous tasks that keep momentum high. Apply if: You want to run your own company one day and want a real apprenticeship. You are okay working 7 days a week, be in person in Koramangala, attend calls at nights / weekends (US Timezone). Tasks you have to manage: Company-wide OKRs. Turn quarterly goals into concrete KRs, projects, and tickets. Keep a single source of truth dashboard, run monthly and weekly reviews, call out slippage early, and make sure every KR has a plan, an owner, and dates that hold. Follow-up and task hygiene. Build a daily follow-up rhythm with D-1 nudges, day-of confirmations, and post-deadline escalations. Your default is persistent and precise. Nothing falls through the cracks. Every task has an owner, a due date, and a visible status. Meetings and minutes. You will accompany the founder on all key calls. Before each call, prepare a one page brief with context, objectives, and open questions. During the call, capture decisions and actions. Within 60 minutes, convert minutes into tickets, assign owners and dates, share a crisp recap, and pre-schedule next steps. Founder leverage. Guard the calendar, protect deep work blocks, and remove admin friction fast. That includes errands, bookings, vendor follow ups, paperwork, and office ops. Your job is to keep the founder’s bandwidth free for strategy, sales, and relationships. Special projects. Stand up new motions when needed: creator supply programs, multi-account campaigns, partnerships, events, and US market pushes. Build from messy to repeatable. Talent Sourcing. Build a hiring engine to attract top 1% talent. Write sharp JDs, define scorecards, source A players, run structured interviews, close candidates, and own onboarding. Who are you? High agency.
