Role Description

• Strategy Shaman:

  You’ll be the master architect, helping to define our long-term vision and translate it into a ruthless, executable strategy. You’ll dive deep into market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal data to uncover insights that others miss. Think big-picture, but be ready to get your hands dirty with the details.

• Product Whisperer:

  You'll be a key liaison between the founder and our product teams. You’ll help vet new ideas, champion critical features, and ensure our product roadmap is a direct reflection of our strategic goals. You'll be the voice of the founder in product meetings, pushing for clarity and impact.

• Chaos Coordinator:

  When a new initiative lands on the founder’s plate, you'll be the first responder. You'll scope out the project, build the plan, and rally the right people to get it done. This could be anything from a new market entry to an internal operational overhaul—your playground is limited only by our ambition.

• Storyteller-in-Chief:

  You’ll help craft the narrative—both internally and externally. You’ll take complex ideas and distill them into clear, compelling presentations and documents that rally the team, impress investors, and captivate partners. Your words will be the fuel for our vision

Qualifications

• Strategic Planning, Project Coordination, Cross-functional Collaboration skills
• Market Research, Data Analysis, Report Preparation skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
• Experience in the e-commerce sector is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
