CoreSync has been retained to identify an Associate for the Founder's Office for a leading organization based in Mumbai.

Our client is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive professional to join the Founder's Office as an Associate. This role is central to enabling smooth operations for the Founder and requires strong communication skills, high levels of discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The individual will serve as a key point of coordination across teams, stakeholders, and ongoing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the Founder's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules to ensure effective time management.

Manage and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Founder.

Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics.

Prepare, organize, and maintain presentations, documents, and confidential records.

Assist in driving strategic initiatives, firm-wide projects, and special assignments.

Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.

Uphold the highest degree of discretion while handling sensitive or confidential information.

Required Competencies:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Highly organized, disciplined, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working with AI tools and open to evolving digital workflows.

Professional demeanor suited for leadership-level interactions.

Self-driven, resourceful, and reliable, with the ability to work independently while staying aligned with organizational goals.
