Location: Mumbai Experience: 4–5 years Role: Associate – Founder’s Office Our client is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive professional to join the Founder’s Office as an Associate. This role is central to enabling smooth operations for the Founder and requires strong communication skills, high levels of discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The individual will serve as a key point of coordination across teams, stakeholders, and ongoing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the Founder’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules to ensure effective time management. • Manage and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Founder. • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics. • Prepare, organize, and maintain presentations, documents, and confidential records. • Assist in driving strategic initiatives, firm-wide projects, and special assignments. • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication. • Uphold the highest degree of discretion while handling sensitive or confidential information. We're looking for a Business Development Executive who can take ownership of our branding, business development, and outreach strategy. This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape how CoreSync is seen, heard, and experienced by clients and the wider market. You'll work closely with the founding team to build a strong brand presence, nurture partnerships, and turn insights into opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Outreach Identify potential clients across law firms, corporates, NBFCs, and startups. Conduct 3040 outreach calls per day (HR heads, Partners, CXOs). Schedule and conduct intro meetings for Suhani (Founder) + join calls when required. Maintain follow-ups, nurture leads, and convert into active mandates/projects. Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth Build and maintain a strong database of prospects across industries. Track hiring trends, service needs, and market opportunities. Support end-to-end BD cycle: cold outreach ? meeting ? proposal ? closure. Meetings, Events & Representation Attend industry events, roundtables, conferences, and networking forums. Represent Core Sync professionally in meetings with senior stakeholders. Coordination & Reporting Work closely with the Recruitment & HR teams to align client needs. Maintain CRM, update daily outreach reports, and track pipeline progress. Coordinate proposals, agreements, and client communication. Required Skills & Profile: 25 years of experience in Business Development / Client Servicing / Sales. Prior experience in HR, recruitment, legal services, consulting, or corporate services is preferred (not mandatory). Strong communication, confidence, and relationship-building skills. Excellent presentation skills; comfortable speaking to senior leadership. Ability to meet weekly and monthly targets consistently. Ambitious, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
