Role Overview :

The Founder’s Office Executive acts as an extension of the Founder ensuring strategic initiatives are executed with precision, timelines are met, and key business priorities are tracked and delivered. This role demands exceptional analytical ability, structured thinking, and strong ownership.

Key Responsibilities

1.     Strategic Execution & Follow-Through

a.     • Translate the Co-Founder’s directives into actionable plans across departments.

  • Track, review, and ensure timely execution of key business projects and initiatives.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between the Co-Founder and functional teams (predominantly Sales & Marketing).

2.     Business Analysis & Decision Support

  • Work closely with the Performance Mktg team, build consumer flows, and optimize the entire funnel.
  • Conduct data analysis on performance metrics to support decision-making.
  • Identify gaps, propose process improvements, and monitor progress against business goals.

3.     Operational Excellence

  • Drive accountability across teams for deliverables and timelines.
  • Streamline communication & meeting cadences.
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively suggest solutions to maintain momentum.

4.     Leadership Support

  • Support in business planning, reviews, and high-impact projects (store rollouts, product launches, Customer Experience, Media strategy, Website optimization, Packaging etc.).

  • Analytically strong able to interpret data and convert insights into actions.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or management (BMS, BBA etc), or MBA (preferred).
  • 0-5 years of experience in task oriented, analytical roles - consulting, media management, or a founder’s office role.
  • passion for luxury, jewellery, or fashion preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools.
