About the Role As part of the Founder’s Office, you’ll be the right hand to the Founder in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operations, and ensuring smooth execution across departments. Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to the Founder, ensuring alignment and execution of key company priorities. Lead and track special projects — from new business initiatives to process improvements. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among departments (Admin, Billing, Operations, and Care Management). Analyze business data to support decision-making, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders. Support in fundraising, investor communication, and strategic partnerships (as needed). Manage key meetings — including follow-ups, documentation, and driving accountability on action items. Research emerging trends in healthtech, RPM, and CCM to inform strategy. Build scalable workflows and help structure organizational growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (MBA or healthcare background preferred). 2–5 years of experience in operations, consulting, strategy, or project management (startup experience a plus). Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
