About the Role:

We are looking for ambitious and driven freshers to join the Founders Office. This role offers direct exposure to strategy, operations, and execution by working closely with the Founder and leadership team. Its a perfect launchpad for those who want to learn how businesses scale from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Founder on strategic and operational initiatives.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports/presentations.
• Support cross-functional projects with product, marketing, HR, and operations teams.
• Track business metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
