Build the gold standard of the MBA for the digital & AI first world


Digiaccel Learning is looking to expand its strategic initiatives team. This team works on two kinds of initiatives – business critical or new revenue streams. Think of the team as operators that make an outsized impact by working on the hard, needle moving things at the company.


The company has two established lines of revenue – MDPs (education programs for working professionals to raise the bar/ reskill) and PGP (Reimagined MBA for the digital & AI first world). This position will work on PGP side of things.


In this position at the Founder’s Office, you will work directly with the Founder, specifically in building properties and running teams that help the Institute expand its corporate reach and reputation. The individual will be leading the outreach with a team of 3-5 associates and analysts reporting in. The role will also involve conceptualizing, executing and amplifying events that can help the Institute showcase it’s thought leadership in its particular circle of competence.

Responsibilities


  • Owning the corporate brand and reputation for Digiaccel Learning.
  • Building scalable systems that enable Digiaccel Learning to talk about its offerings to relevant companies.
  • Manage a team of 3-5 smart driven professionals.
  • Understand the different offerings to scope, identify and target enterprise and startup leaders with relevant solutions.
  • Build a deep understanding of skill gaps and needs to facilitate hiring for companies from the Institute.
  • Conceptualize, execute and amplify events by working with partners across the education ecosystem.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience


  • MBA with at least 3 years of work-experience. Prior work-ex in FMCG Sales is preferred.
  • Should have managed a team of at least 3 individuals. The seniority of the individuals does not matter.
  • First principles problem solving is a must and don’t be surprised if most of the conversations in the interview stages are around this.
  • Intellectual honesty, passion for excellence and ability to collaborate
