Led by our Founder and Principal Scientist, we collaborate with enterprise clients to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI products. Role Overview We’re seeking an early-career Founder’s Office Associate to work directly under our Founder (Principal Scientist) and support day-to-day lab operations, client engagement, and documentation management. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a professional in the first few years of their career to gain hands-on exposure to AI research, security automation, and high-level client interactions. You will be the primary point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholders, allowing the Principal Scientist to focus on research and development. Key Responsibilities Client Communication & Coordination Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, and video calls Schedule and coordinate meetings, demonstrations, and workshops with clients and partners Prepare meeting agendas, slide decks, and follow-up summaries for client interactions Lab Administration & Paperwork Maintain up-to-date lab documentation: experiment protocols, safety compliance records, equipment logs Manage procurement of lab supplies, track inventory levels, and coordinate with vendors Process expense reports, travel arrangements, and purchase orders for the Principal Scientist Operational Support Assist with setup and tear-down of experiments, ensuring the lab remains organized and compliant Coordinate cross-functional activities between R&D, DevOps, and client-facing teams Prepare weekly status reports, project timelines, and milestone trackers General Duties Monitor and maintain shared calendars, project management boards, and internal wikis Handle ad-hoc requests: data entry, presentation preparation, and event planning Uphold a high standard of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field, business administration, or equivalent work experience 2+ years of professional experience in an R&D environment, scientific lab, or consultancy setting (early-career candidates are encouraged to apply) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; client-centric mindset Proven organizational abilities: multitasking, prioritization, and time-management Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to evolving priorities Demonstrated discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information Why Join Us?
