Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food Production Commis I (Continental) to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in food production, preferably in a continental setting.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food preparation and service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and minimize waste.
Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Support inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food production, preferably in a continental setting.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
