We are looking for skilled Food & Beverages Captains to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a strong background in hospitality.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Supervise and coordinate staff activities to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer complaints.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and software applications used in the hospitality industry.
