We are looking for skilled Food & Beverages Captains to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a strong background in providing exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily food and beverages operations, including inventory management and stock control.
Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all food and beverages services.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and goals.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverages operations, preferably in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health and safety procedures.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
