We are looking for a skilled Food & Beverages Captain to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a strong background in food and beverages service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily food and beverages operations, including inventory management and stock control.
Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in food and beverages preparation and service areas.
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer experience.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Food & Beverages Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food and beverages preparation, presentation, and service techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with staff and customers.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred.
