We are looking for a skilled Food & Beverages Captain to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a strong background in hospitality.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily food and beverages operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of high-quality food products.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase customer satisfaction and boost sales.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to menu offerings or service quality.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Food & Beverages Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff.
Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
