Required Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or Occupational Safety. Certification in safety management such as NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO compliance training. Key Skills In-depth knowledge of spinning textile mill processes and associated hazards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for hazard identification and resolution. Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive employee engagement and adherence.
