Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operations Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing hotel and restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee all aspects of hotel and restaurant operations to ensure seamless day-to-day activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize profitability.
  • Supervise and train staff members to improve performance and achieve high standards of customer service.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing hotel and restaurant operations with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting is essential.
