Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operations Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee all aspects of hotel or restaurant operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food service.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability.
Supervise and train staff members to achieve high levels of customer service and performance.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold high standards of service and product quality.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in operations management within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and labor laws.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience in managing teams and developing training programs.
