We are looking for a skilled Asst HR Manager / HR Executive with 3 to 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings.
Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies to reduce turnover rates.
Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Handle employee relations issues, such as conflicts and performance problems.
Maintain accurate records of employee data, including attendance and leave information.
Assist in developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience in human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations governing the hospitality sector.
