Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Asst HR Manager / HR Executive with 3 to 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent communication skills.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings.
  • Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies to reduce turnover rates.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Handle employee relations issues, such as conflicts and performance problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data, including attendance and leave information.
  • Assist in developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations governing the hospitality sector.
