We are looking for a skilled Asst HR Manager / HR Executive with 3 to 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies to reduce turnover rates.
Conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback, and coach employees to improve their skills.
Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts fairly and promptly.
Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance, and leave information.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
