Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Housekeeper to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Housekeeper in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, protocols, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
