The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for assisting guests, managing reports, and day closing. The role also includes managing reservations, performing clerical tasks, coordinating with other departments, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. Job Description: As the Marketing Executive at Hotel Apollo Grand, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the hotel's brand presence, drive guest engagement, and increase revenue. You will work closely with the management team to create innovative campaigns that showcase our unique offerings and position us as the top choice for travelers in Guwahati. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the hotel and its services. Manage and oversee all marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Create compelling content for various marketing materials, including website, social media, brochures, and press releases. Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the management team. Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners to enhance brand visibility. Plan and execute events and promotions to drive guest engagement and increase footfall. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficient in using marketing tools and software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
