Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Housekeeper to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and be able to provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene practices, and guest interaction skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to lift heavy cleaning equipment and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
