Looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' needs and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing linens, restocking amenities, and replacing soap and shampoo.
Ensure all rooms are made up to the highest standard before check-in.
Handle guest complaints or concerns courteously and efficiently.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures is an advantage.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Freshers are welcome to apply if they meet the required qualifications.
