Job Description

Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Room Attendant in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' needs and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing linens, restocking amenities, and replacing soap.
  • Ensure all rooms meet established health and safety protocols.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures is required.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an asset.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work on feet.
