Job Description

Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Room Attendant in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' needs and resolving issues efficiently.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing linens, restocking amenities, and replacing soap.
Ensure all rooms meet established health and safety protocols.
Develop and maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to interact with guests and colleagues.
Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures is required.
Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an asset.
Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work on feet.
