Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Room Attendant to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in guest rooms.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues.
Maintain accurate records of room assignments, inventory, and guest interactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to maintain high levels of cleanliness.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Room Attendant or in a related field within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications is an asset.
