Roles and Responsibility

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing hotels or restaurants, with a minimum of 12 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
