Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee and lead all aspects of our photography studio operations. This role is crucial for managing multiple departments, ensuring seamless workflows, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Department Coordination: Oversee all departments, including photography, sales, marketing, customer service, and operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

✅ Team Leadership: Provide clear direction, motivate team members, and foster a positive, collaborative work culture.

✅ Process Monitoring: Regularly review processes to ensure high standards of quality and productivity.

✅ Client Experience: Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and client delight.

✅ Business Development: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement growth strategies.

✅ Performance Management: Set performance goals for the team, track progress, and provide constructive feedback.

✅ Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, budget utilization, and profitability.

✅ Problem Solving: Address and resolve operational challenges promptly.

✅ Innovation: Continuously explore and implement innovative practices to elevate studio standards.

✅ Reporting: Prepare regular performance and operations reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

✅ Experience: Previous experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the photography, creative, or service industry.

✅ Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team.

✅ Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and growth strategies.

✅ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

✅ Organizational Skills: Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

✅ Client Focus: A genuine commitment to exceptional customer service.

✅ Problem Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
