For over a decade, our founder Mridul Verma has led a team of 20+ artists with a single mission: to transform the journey of pregnancy into timeless art and make every mother feel empowered and radiant. Through our exclusive 'Maatrutva' project, we have celebrated over 1000 expecting mothers in Surat. We are also committed to education through the Gujarat College of Photography.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive at our Vesu, Surat studio. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, understanding their dreams and showing them how we can help preserve their most precious memories. Your core responsibility will be to build genuine relationships, guide clients through our experience packages, and close sales, all while providing exceptional, empathetic service.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings at the studio.
• Understand client needs and expertly present our photography packages and unique 'Maatrutva' experience.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and manage customer relationships through our CRM.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to refine sales strategies based on client feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A natural empathy and ability to build trust quickly.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivate, and drive results.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, but a proven track record and the right attitude are most important.
