We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverages Captain to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverages operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Supervise and coordinate staff activities to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer complaints.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Food & Beverages Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food and beverages preparation, presentation, and service techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
