Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Guest Service Associate to join our team at The Oberoi Sukhvilas Resort & Spa. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage food and beverage operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
Strong problem-solving skills to handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
