Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Ambassador to join our team at Fairmont. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage daily food and beverage operations, including inventory management and stock control.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our menu offerings.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist with special events and banquet planning as needed.

Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms and stand for long periods of time.
