Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Food and Beverage Manager at Zuper Hotels & Resorts, based in Karjat Maharashtra. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing food service, monitoring budget and expenses, training staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining customer service excellence. The role also involves coordinating with other team members to plan menus and beverages, as well as implementing operational strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Proficient in Customer Service and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Experience in staff training and development to uphold quality and standards
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight within food and beverage operations
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid model and manage responsibilities effectively
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred

Remuneration -

12 L - 13 L ctc/Annum
