Key Responsibilities

✔ Oversee daily F&B operations across multiple outlets

✔ Plan wellness-focused menus with chefs & nutritionists

✔ Ensure FSSAI compliance, hygiene, and food safety standards

✔ Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high satisfaction scores

✔ Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control

✔ Lead, train, and develop the F&B team

✔ Coordinate with wellness, events, housekeeping, and kitchen teams

✔ Introduce healthy beverages, herbal drinks, detox menus, and organic meal concepts

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years of experience

  in Food & Beverage management
• Experience in wellness resorts, retreats, luxury hotels, or organic/health cuisine preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities
• Ability to innovate and align food offerings with wellness programs

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Culinary or equivalent.
