Food and Beverage Manager

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Staff Management:** Hire, train, schedule, and lead food and beverage staff to deliver excellent customer service. - **Create Menus:** Design and update creative, profitable menus that cater to customer preferences. - **Operations and Compliance:** Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. - **Set Standards:** Develop policies for food preparation, presentation, and service quality. - **Control Inventory:** Manage ingredient and supply levels to minimize waste and control costs. - **Purchase Supplies:** Order from vendors, negotiate contracts, and source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices. - **Ensure Safety and Sanitation:** Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment by enforcing regulations. - **Control Food Quality:** Ensure dishes meet high standards of taste, presentation, and flavor. - **Financial Management:** Manage budgets, control costs, perform inventory, and create financial reports. - **Customer Service:** Ensure a positive customer experience and handle complaints or issues. - **Event Planning:** Coordinate food and beverage services for special events and banquets. - **Engage with Customers:** Gather feedback, address concerns, and accommodate special dietary requests. - **Monitor Profitability:** Analyze menu item profitability and recommend changes as needed.
