Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager, based in Jamshedpur. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service. Responsibilities include planning and managing budgets, training staff, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The role also requires collaboration with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage management, with a focus on quality and presentation
• Strong Customer Service and communication skills to maintain excellent guest experiences
• Experience in staff Training and development to optimize team performance
• Expertise in Budgeting and financial planning for cost-effective operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and safety compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar managerial role in the hospitality industry
