Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Royal Regency, with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Supervise kitchen staff to maintain efficient food preparation and presentation.
Conduct regular quality checks on food and beverages to uphold high standards.
Coordinate with other departments for seamless service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback to improve menu offerings and service quality.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage kitchen staff effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail to maintain high-quality service delivery.
