As a Restaurant Manager at our establishment in Dubai, UAE, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. Your strong background in restaurant management and exceptional leadership skills will be key in delivering outstanding service. Here's what you'll be responsible for: - **Operational Excellence:** You will be in charge of ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant on a daily basis. This includes managing staff, controlling inventory, and upholding high service standards. - **Staff Management:** Your duties will involve recruiting, training, and evaluating restaurant staff to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and high performance. Collaboration with the kitchen team is essential to guarantee timely and quality food service. - **Customer Service & Satisfaction:** By anticipating guest needs and promptly addressing any issues, you will ensure a delightful dining experience for all patrons. Handling customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally is crucial for maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. - **Financial Oversight:** Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting will be part of your responsibilities. You will need to monitor operational expenses to maximize profitability without compromising on quality. - **Health and Safety Compliance:** Upholding health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and company policies is imperative to create a safe environment for both customers and staff. - **Marketing & Promotions:** Collaboration with the marketing team to create promotions and events that attract guests and increase revenue will be essential. - **Menu Development:** Working closely with the culinary staff, you will contribute to the development of menu offerings and ensure they meet customer preferences while maintaining high quality. - **Vendor Relations:** Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality food and supplies is a key aspect of the role. - **Reporting:** Prepare and present reports on restaurant performance, customer feedback, and staff productivity to upper management. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience (3+ years) as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. - Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Familiarity with restaurant management software and point of sale (POS) systems.
