Your Role and Impact

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for reporting and forecasting purposes.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports, highlighting variances from budget and prior forecasts.
• Support ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting as needed.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, recommending adjustments to financial strategies as necessary.
• Assist in the design and implementation of financial planning tools and processes to enhance reporting efficiency.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Familiarity with financial software and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
