Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets for Affordable Housing, Home Loans and LAP (Loan Against Property). Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue growth in the assigned territory. Build strong relationships with clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to improve their skills and productivity. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Desired Candidate Profile 4-9 years of experience in branch management or similar role in banking or finance industry.
